2025 Requirements and calculation of points for the All-New England Contest

*The awards are open to any exhibitor participating in a New England show regardless of residency, however the exhibitor must be a New England Holstein Assoc. member.  (Membership applications are available online.)

*Ownership will be determined & verified by Holstein USA as of the Northeast Fall National Show.

*The contest administrator selects the 3 shows most favorable to the exhibitor.

*New - Points are awarded using the scale below. Cows and heifers earn equal points.

*In 2024, the New England state/regional qualifying shows with over 100 head were the Northeast All Breeds Spring Show and the New England Summer.  The qualifying state shows with under 100 head were Connecticut/RI, Massachusetts and Maine.

All-New England Red & White Holstein Contest - New in 2025

There will be an All-New England Red & White Holstein Contest.  

*The contest is open to any exhibitor participating in a New England show regardless of residency, however the exhibitor must be a New England Holstein Assoc. member.  (Membership applications are available online.)

*Ownership will be determined & verified by Holstein USA as of the Northeast Fall National Show.

*There are three recognized Red & White Holstein shows that qualify for this contest: the Red & White Show at the Big E, the Red & White Show at the Northeast All Breeds Holstein Show, and the Red & White Show at the New England Holstein Summer Show.

*The contest administrator will include points from all three shows.
